How to care for it: Oily skin tends to attract more dirt than dry skin, so wash your face several times a day with a light, non-greasy liquid soap and warm water. Rinse with cold water. Using face back once or twice a week absorbs excess fat. Use toners and astringents that contain alcohol to help dry the skin. Buy water-based moisturizers and makeup and use powder to minimize shine.

Lavender: It is an all skin care product that promotes healing and prevents scarring, it is used on itchy skin, bruises, burns and blemishes.

For this skin type, you need to find products that keep your skin hydrated and minimize breakouts. Look for cleansers designed for combination skin and use a water-based moisturizer, applying it less often.

How to take care of it? Wash your face with cleansers designed for combination skin, and when using a toner, dilute it with water before applying it to your cheeks. Apply moisturizer more often to dry skin. Wear makeup that absorbs oil to reduce shine.

This type is easily irritated and is often red and blotchy. This type of skin can have allergic reactions to beauty products, generally sensitive to sun, wind and cold.


Look for soap, makeup, and moisturizers that are fragrance-free and hypoallergenic. Wash your face once a day and use skin scrubs.

Use a hypoallergenic toner on oily areas, but discontinue if it causes irritation.
