Multiply your current weight by 20. The amount you get from that equation will give you the number of calories you need to eat. If you weigh only 100 pounds, you need to eat 2,000 calories.

Tip # 2-

The next tip is to keep eating healthy foods. Most people want to gain weight at any cost and will eat anything. This is dangerous, especially when it comes to your insides. You should do your best to eat three large meals a day. Between each of these meals, have a snack. By doing this, you will soon have the amount of calories you need to eat to gain weight.

Tip # 3

The last tip is to make sure you lift weights. When I say lift weights, I mean you should probably stop doing cardio. When doing cardio, it is almost impossible to lose weight. By lifting, you will gain the type of weight you want.
